Returns
Please use this form to initiate a return. Read the policy carefully before initiating a return:
Return Policy:
Returns within 14 days of receiving package. All returns are subject to a 5% fee.
For all returns, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide the original receipt.
- Shells and hosiery must be unopened in original packaging.
- Original tags must be attached.
- The merchandise must be unworn and in the original purchase condition.
You will NOT be credited for returns when conditions are not met.
Returns From Israel
Returns are accepted in either store or one can pay a 40 NIS courier fee and merchandise will be picked up from your home.
Please package your return and tape securely to the package the return form that you received with your order. You will be called by the courier company "השליח" and you will then give the driver the package.
For returns you will be getting a credit -5% back on to your credit card.
Returns From An International Location
You need to ship items back to us to arrive within 14 days of you receiving the order. Make sure items are packaged securely and for the customs declaration write that the value is $25.

Please send an email together with the tracking number to sales@hoh.co.il so we can track the shipment. It is the customers responsibility that the shipment is safely delivered.
